Armed with my old Ultra 600 Polaroid camera and piles of expiring instant film, I set out to capture memories, people, and anything else that my camera and I happen across.

POTD: highway 6
The road was strangely empty on Highway 6 on my way back into the Houston city limits from Bear Creek.
I'm not a "professional" artist by any means, just someone who loves the novelty and tangible loveliness of instant film. I acquired my (very basic) camera from eBay over 3 years ago. In 2008, instant film officially became an endangered species when Polaroid announced it would discontinue the product. I have a store of film left, all set to expire by the end of summer. My mission is to photograph everything worth photographing. And everything that's not.

Wow! Makes me want to go on a road trip!
Rosemary - Road trips are fun, as long as you're not the one always driving. ;)
